The Alice S. Pfaelzer Children’s Center (APCC) is located at 13AB King Cross Street, at the corner of East Street in Christiansted. The Children’s Center is home to WCSC’s education programs.
Students are given opportunities for volunteering and training in peer-to-peer advocacy. We provide a safe learning environment for youth, with activities that promote nonviolence, encourage high self-esteem and foster responsible community involvement.
Are you a high school student on St. Croix interested in volunteering in the community? Contact Dr. Susan Diverio, Children’s Center Director, at (340)773-9222 or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org, for more information about participating in the Community Foundation of St. Croix’s Junior Angels program through WCSC, and for APCC’s hours of operation.
APCC also offers students a number of dedicated study areas, a computer room with individual workstations and free Internet access, and a lending library with over 1500 catalogued books.
The Project Link Program is on hiatus and not accepting students.
