Driver/Mover/ Sorter
Open position
Are you a people person with physical strenth and good driving skills? Do you have experience working in thrift stores? We’re looking for someone to help with the pick up and delivery of larger donations to our thrift store, Closet To Closet, and help with sorting and other tasks. This is a part-time position, supervised by the Closet To Closet Store Manager.
Bilingual Case Manager (Spanish)

Are you passionate about supporting individuals in need and fluent in multiple languages? Our Bilingual Case Worker plays a vital role in providing intake and exit interviews for clients seeking services from WCSC. Responsibilities include collaborating with counselors, maintaining client files, and making necessary referrals to social service providers based on clients’ needs.
Fluency in [required languages] and experience in case management or social services preferred. This is an in-office position.
Shelter Case Manager
Open position
Are you dedicated to supporting survivors of domestic and sexual violence? Our Shelter Case Manager provides crisis intervention, support services, and case management for individuals residing in WCSC’s live-in shelter. This role is essential in helping survivors regain stability and access the resources they need.
Experience in case management, social services, or crisis intervention preferred. This is an in-office position.
Shelter Night Supervisor
Open position
Are you a compassionate and reliable leader? Our Shelter Night Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the evening, weekend, and holiday operations of the WCSC shelter. Duties include conducting entry and exit interviews, completing necessary paperwork, transporting residents to appointments or court, providing childcare as needed, maintaining daily logs, and coordinating activities.
Experience in shelter operations, social services, or crisis intervention preferred. This is an in-office position with evening and weekend hours.
